Unlike most granola brands that are loaded with sugar and highly processed ingredients, our granola is lightly sweetened with a hint of pure maple syrup and a delicious blend of unprocessed, nutritious ingredients. The result is an all-natural, gluten-free, non-gmo healthy treat that is just what our bodies and brains want and need. 

We are a family-owned company based in the beautiful Southern Appalachian Mountains. Our mission is to create delicious, healthy foods that nourish our bodies and brains, our communities, and our planet. We are a woman-owned business and use tru-IMPACT® eco-friendly packaging made from post-consumer recycled waste materials.
